Oct. 24th, 2007 11:54 amThe world is apparently against me getting the latest Phoenix Wright game. At least getting the Phoenix Wright game today. You'd think the world would be in support of this. I mean not only am I much less likely to stab random lab patrons for doing stoopid stuff if I'm busy poking at my DS but having a reasonably popular video game in stock the week it's street dated seems like it would be good business.
I've been to all of the stores within walking distance that could conceivably sell it to me and looked for it. The computer at Hastings even refused to acknowledge its existence.
Grr. Thank goodness Amazon is still willing to sell it to me.
I also have a performance evaluation today. I hate things like this--I tend to dread them and worry far, far too much.
Edit- Yes, speaking of performance evaluations mine is now over. I'm apparently a model employee. Jim felt the need to stress that there was a reason they used me to train up so many lab aides.
